Shipping Information

SHIPPING and PROCESSING GUIDELINES

All orders of unique handmade jewelry are processed, pending availability and credit card verification.

Orders of world jewelry placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately, and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST and through the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

A member of the Ammanii customer service team will contact you if Middle Eastern jewelry you have ordered is out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification. 


NEXT DAY SHIPPING

For UPS Next Day and Air Saver orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 1pm PST.  Orders placed on Thursday after 1pm PST through Friday 1pm PST will arrive on Monday.  UPS Next Day Air orders placed on Friday after 1pm PST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

A shipping flat rate of $7.00 will be added to all orders under $200.00

More Information on Complimentary Shipping:

  • The price of the merchandise must meet the required amount in order to receive complimentary shipping.
  • Sales tax does not count toward the total amount.
  • Multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses

       RETURNS

  • You can return item(s) by mail.

    Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of purchase. All items must be in the original condition with an accompanied receipt.  A receipt showing the date of purchase is required to receive an exchange of product or an item(s) of equal value. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, a return is provided at current price on a. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment.

    RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.) 

    You can mail your return to the AMMANII. Please include original invoice, filled out return form, the reason for your return and send to:

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping cost unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. 

    We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx.  We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us.  If you choose to ship via U.S. Postal Service please require a signature. 

    We have the right to deny credit if the item(s) returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

    CANCELING AN ORDER 

    If you need to cancel an order you must email info@ammanii.com.com before 4PM on the same day of when you place your order.

    All international orders are final sale.
