An ode to every boss lady out there, these beautifully handcrafted carved disc earrings are made from vermeil gold, sterling silver base with 18k yellow gold plating, in a satin finish adorned with Freshwater Pearls and high grade hand set Cubic Zirconia. Light weight for maximum comfort with back post lifts for support and better fit.
